DCZ50 series carton sample making machine is AOKE new developed carton sample making system on DCZ30 series basis. Due to the four tool head design, the functions improve a lot comparing with original one.

HeadTool:
DCZ50 series flatbed cutting machine is equipped with drag knife tool, which enriches cutting tools application and improve the machine’s capability. It saves time of tool changes; meanwhile the through cutting and half cutting could be done on one sample making work.
The series flatbed cutting system is equipped with plotting pen, oscillating cutting tool, creasing tool, drag knife tool which could meet customers’ different requirement. The heavy duty drag knife tool and the video registration system could be selected as an option to special materials of the sign making industry and for automatically cutting of the printed materials.

Video registration systemCustomers could select video registration system as an option to cover different materials application. This registration system mainly works for printed materials by reading printed marks automatically then to search the mark, after calculating by the software, cut the shape of the material automatically. This could greatly improve cutting accuracy and efficiency of printed items
 
Kasemake vision is a digital video registration system for use on DCZ series digital cutter. Its use converts your cutting table into a die-less, cut on demand, production system for pre-printed board. As a print registration system ensures accurate alignment of individual print passes on media, the vision system accurately registers the position of pre-printed board on the cutting table ensuring perfect alignment between printed media and the digital key line used to cut the display from the sheet of board.
Accurate manual alignment of a job taks time. Digital registration is fast and accurte. Place the board in approximately the correct position on the table and the vision system will adjust for placement and rotation in second, removing any errors and ensuring a high quality finish.

Image1 illustrates the printed board complete with registration marks. 
Image 2 and 3 illustrate sheets that have been incorrectly placed on the table and then cut, these are “out of register”. Repeating these errors several times in a short turn can prove costly and wasteful. 
Image 4 shows how the job will look after positioning using KASEMAKE vision. The job has been place on the table and accurately registered. The display is exactly are required.
Using the system could not be easier. Open the required drawing place the printed sheet onto the table in line with visual laser mark, and let Kasemake vision do the rest.
The vision system consists of a digital camera mounted on the cutting head of a DCZ digital cutter. This is able to see registration marks on a printed sheet or board. The register marks as “seen” and processes the register marks as “seen” and processes the cutter path to align with the marks. This has the affect of moving and rotating the cutter geometry to suit the position of the board on the table.
