(1) Obtaining the center deviation in the process of machining
TubePro can acquire the deviation between the center of pipe and the center of chuck rotation by collecting the Z-axis information in real time during processing. Real-time compensation for subsequent cutting graphics is carried out to achieve high precision processing.
(2) Two modes
TubePro can select processing mode before processing. The first mode is to use fixed tools, suitable for drilling the cut pipe, and the second mode is to use the Y axis of the cutting head as a tool for processing at any time and anywhere.
(3) Seven-Axis Drawing Material
TubePro supports two chucks and seven-axis machines. After setting up the seven-axis mode, zero tailings can be processed through a moving chuck and a fixed chuck, thus saving more pipe materials for customers.
(4) Bracket
When a long pipe is processed, a bracket is usually needed to support the pipe. TubePro supports the bracket function. During the whole processing, the bracket can rise or fall automatically according to the position of the chuck, and the bracket has automatic alarm function to ensure absolute safety between the chuck and the bracket. At the same time, brackets can be used to achieve the purpose of automatic blanking.
(5) Corner Technology
TubePro specially introduces the process of pipe corner to solve the problems of difficult cutting and poor cutting. Through debugging and testing, a set of reasonable corner pressure, peak power, duty cycle and so on are set to make the cutting of pipe corners faster and more perfect.
(6) Z-axis follow-up control
When cutting pipes, there are usually situations where the corner can not be cut well. When TubePro is processed, the Z-axis not only plays the role of following and lifting, but also controls instructions.
TubePro automatically calculates the height difference between the tube before and after rotation based on the cross-section information of the graph, and sends an upward or downward instruction to the Z-axis on the basis of random cutting at the corner.
(7) Rapid operation
TubePro can ensure the reasonable height of Z axis according to the section of pipe in West Sydney and the location of pipe hole. In the process of air movement, the three axes of XYB and Z axes move simultaneously, avoiding the time of Z axis rising and following the time, so as to achieve high efficiency.
(8) Cutting of profiled steel
TubePro not only supports the cutting of circular and square tubes. At the same time, it also supports the cutting of various profiles. For example, I-beam, channel, angle, elliptical, waist, polygon and so on. For these special-shaped pipes, the center deviation can also be automatically obtained。
