Company or person requesting warranty repair shall contact Qomolangma for pre-authorization and selection of a qualified repair technician to service the equipment prior to performing service on the equipment. Failure to request pre-authorization for service repair and selection will result in denial of a warranty claim.
Qomolangma is not responsible for damages from ordinary wear, out-of-scope modification, power surge, failure to follow directions, improper care, or act of nature, maintenance or repair of equipment associated with normal operation.
Qomolangma reserves the right to send replacement parts for any equipment being covered under warranty, instead of replacing the machine outright.
Troubleshooting with Qomolangma Support is required to receive replacement parts or machine exchanges covered by warranty.
